Availability & Artwork Production Time
Orders are painted by artists by order request, and the artwork time depends on the quantity and size of your order(Usually takes about 2 weeks for couple paintings and 3-4 weeks for larger order so paintings could dry and safe for shipment); unless order from our stock inventory, the we will ship within 24-48 hours.
Quality
1) All our paintings are of high quality or museum quality. The artworks on the website are samples only. Every artist has the own style and the own finishing touch, and all paintings are hand-painted therefore the paintings might be of slight difference from the picture you see on our web page. However, for artworks in stock, the photos on our web pages are directly taken from actual items.
2) All Paintings are 100% hand-painted on canvas. Before we make shipment, we will email you digital photos taken from actual items in case you want to introduce any correction according to your satisfactory.
Order Acceptance
You certify that you have the copyright rights necessary for reproduction of any pictures you provide (that the picture is in the public domain or that you have permission). You provide the right to us to reproduce the painting and any original photo on our website and for the purposes of promotion. We assume that customers have the permission to use all the copyrights necessary for reproduction of any pictures you provide (that the picture is in the public domain) and that you provide us the right to reproduce it. We assume no liability in copyright disputes.
1) We are so confident in the integrity of our products that we offer a 100% guarantee to every painting that we sell to our customers. Items can be returned up to 30 days after receiving the painting, in the original condition.
2) Refund will be processed within 30 days from the purchase date of full price and minus shipping cost (No restocking fees needed.)
3) You are fully responsible for the cost of shipping and the packing in original condition; all items no exchange or return when stretched.
4) All return or exchange requests must notify us by email within 8 days after items received.

6) No exchange or return for custom ordered paintings if the work has already begun. Money Back Guarantee.
Prior to ship the order, we will email you the image of the final stage for your final approval. We take all necessary precautions to assure your complete satisfaction, allowing us to offer you our "Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantee". If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 8 days of receiving the paintings and may return it within 30 Days of receipt in original condition and receive a full refund for the price of the product.
Cancellation
If you cancel the commissioned work before it is completed, you will be required to pay such sum (taking into account payments already made) as will reward the artist for the work completed to the date of cancellation and all expenses incurred by the artist in connection with the commissioned work. The unfinished work will belong to art-reproductions.nets artists.
Refusing Service
Art-Reproductions.net reserves the right to refuse service, modify or cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion. Art-Reproductions.net will take action if it is believed that customer conduct violates applicable laws, disrupts normal business activities, or is harmful to the interests of Art-Reproductions.net.
Price & Delivery
The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the email confirmation. Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
Sales Taxes
Art-Reproductions.net.Com is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any country. The customer is responsible for making sure all required taxes are paid. Each country manages and dictates its own policies and requirements. All terms and conditions contained in this order agreement constitutes our agreement and binding commitment with you, governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of People's Republic of China and further subject to the rules of binding arbitration.
