Shipping and delivery.
For oil paintings (none-portraits), you will receive your paintings within 28 days for personal orders. This does not apply for wholesale orders. Should you need your paintings delivered sooner than this, please let us know and we will try to accommodate accordingly. Do keep in mind however, that it is of course necessary for the painting to dry before we ship the painting. Please also note that most delivering services like DHL or UPS can't deliver on holidays. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of USD 40, and delivered fast and conveniently by courier.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If a customer for any reason is not 100% satisfied with your purchase, with no question asked you can simply return it to us within 31 days of the date of you receiving the painting and have your money refunded as soon as we receive the returned items (excluding shipping and handling costs). It will take us approximately 30 days to process your refund.
